Rain Coloring Pages
We’ve just been back from a vacation to Hawaii, and it was raining heavily on and off for a couple of days in Honolulu. Staying cozy in the hotel, I took the opportunity to tell the kids a little about rain and how it helps with trees, plants, insects and the environment etc., and also taught them to remember keeping themselves dry and warm with umbrella, wearing rain coat and rain boot, or taking shelter when needed.
Alphabet Coloring Pages – Letter M through Z
As the second part of the previous post, this time I’ll introduce to you series of easy alphabet colouring pages, including letter M coloring page through letter Z coloring page.
Learning the ABC or the alphabet is among the very first things that kids and parents spend a lot of time playing, exploring, teaching and learning together. At this very early age, learning should be experienced through playing to make the whole process fun and easy to absorb and remember. Happy playing & learning!
Letter M through Z Uppercase & Lowercase Coloring
In my series on Learning the Alphabet, I have a couple of posts about easy alphabet coloring pages featuring uppercase or capital letters, including basic letter printables like M is for Monkey, O is for Owl, or T is for Train etc. coloring pages. The first 2 posts (letter A through L, and letter M through Z) have received good number of viewers, which in turn has encouraged me to go on with this post and the next ones.
Going one step further but still with the purpose of helping kids recognizing and learning the alphabet through coloring activity, this post features more alphabet coloring pages letter M through Z with both uppercase letters and lowercase letters. Happy playing & learning!
Spring Coloring Pages
Being in lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic has made it seem like I’m losing my sense of time. I didn’t even know that Spring arrived a couple of days ago (March 19). And who cares about Spring when everyday all we hear is news about the pandemic. Coronavirus, lockdown, social distancing, shelter in place… etc have made normal life as we know it come to a stand still. Time, however, is still passing, so as adults let’s try to live our life as normal as we possibly can, so that kids won’t be negatively affected.
In that spirit, let’s celebrate Spring with these fun and colorful Spring coloring pages!
The Lion King Coloring Pages
I’ve just taken the kids to see the Lion King (2019 film) in the theater. It is a photorealistic computer animated remake of Disney’s traditionally animated 1994 film. Right after that, we watched the Lion King I (the original animation) and the Lion King II – Simba’s Pride at home again, and we had a really great movie day and night! While technology has made the 2019 release feel so real, watching the original animation did have something special, that’s hard to describe.
The kids still have a couple days left until their new school year starts, so I’ve made them some Lion King characters coloring pages, including images of Mufasa, Sarabi, Simba, Nala, Pumbaa, Timon, Rafiki and more. My kids like them and hope yours do, too.
